Florida Publishers Association Presidents Book Awards for 2011 is open to all Florida authors. Deadline, August 1, 2011
Go to www.flbookpub.org and click on Presidents Book Awards.to enter.
Book award recipients will be honored Nov. 5, at the Helmsley Sand Castle resort, Lido Beach, FL the last night of the FPA Fall EdU Conference, featuring Brian Jud and other book marketing professionals.

Hello Florida Authors, You still have two weeks to register to display your book(s) with the FPA at the Florida Library Assoc. Conference in Orlando, May 4-6.

Hello Florida authors. I will be presenting my new release, Snowy Pea and the Ghost Crab, a story about shorebirds, to the Captiva Public Library on March 26, 2011, and was wondering if other children book authors find library presentations worthwhile, aside from being a lot of fun.
