Joyce Elson Moore lives in Florida and has won awards in the Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Writing the Region contest, First Coast Writers Novel Contest, and more recently, in the Fla. Writers Mainstream Category for one of her historical novels. Her latest release is a medieval romance, Jeanne of Clairmonde , which garnered a 4-Star review from Romantic Times. In 2010, Five Star will publish her newest medieval, The Tapestry Shop, a historical novel based on the life of Adam de la Halle whose secular play Robin et Marion was the precursor to the legend of Robin Hood.
