Leslie Glass has worked extensively in publishing and has written in a variety of formats, as a journalist, playwright, short story writer and novelist. Glass wriote and edited for New York Magazine's "Intelligencer" column for the first year of its existence. Glass's first novel was published by Doubleday in 1976. Currently, Glass divides her time between New York and Sarasota. When not writing, she is involved in philantrophic and educational activities. She serves as the Vice President at the Asolo Repertory Theathre, the state theatre of Florida.
